Design

So just like an Apple iPhone or iPad - it will both look nice and elegant, but that conceals all the hard work that has gone into it.

Develop

The development process (whether web-based, print, or any other media) would include rapid demos to test the concept, and to get feedback from clients as well as test groups. Processes are refined as well, in order that the full production would go smoothly according to the project plan, be within budget, and achieve or exceed expectations.

Deliver

The delivery of the project could entail training, deployment of resources, or in a research-based consultancy, the actual information gathering and synthesizing of results. At the heart of this part of the process is the drive for simplicity and clarity - if the tools and processes are well developed and tested, then the delivery will go according to plan, and usually throws up some unexpected outcomes which will provide clients with added value!
